TUCSON - A heavy helping of clouds the week before Thanksgiving.
Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies the next several days, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. These clouds come courtesy of a low pressure system that will cross California. Temperatures will remain on the warm side, running 4-6 degrees above average this afternoon through Saturday.
Tucson's high today tops out in the upper 70's, with mid 50's overnight under mostly cloudy skies.
Cloud cover breaks up early next week as high pressure develops over the Colorado Rockies. High temperatures return to average late November readings (mid 70's) with mostly sunny skies by Monday. A quick look at Thanksgiving shows the potential for a sunny, breezy day with the thermometer peaking in the 70's.
