Southwest flight held in Phoenix after threat

PHOENIX (AP) - A Southwest Airlines flight has been cleared after a threat grounded the plane at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Southwest spokeswoman Ashley Dillon said flight 1184 originated at John Wayne Airport in Orange County, Calif. She says the threat was made while the plane was in the air, and the plane was taken to an isolation pad upon arrival in Phoenix.

Dillon says passengers were escorted off the plane, and they and their luggage were rescreened.

She says authorities didn't find anything on the plane.
