THREE POINTS - News 4 has learned much more about the circumstances surrounding a body found in the desert near Three Points.

Both PCSO and Border Patrol say it appears a group of 20 or so illegal border crossers were kidnapped by two other individuals. Authories say that group became fed up with their captors and attacked them, killing one man a severely beating the other. The body of that first man was discovered this morning near Highway 286. Law enforcement says this is a homicide.

Both agencies are still in the process of their investigation, looking into who may face charges.
