Sister accidentally shoots, kills brother

PHOENIX - A 19-year-old woman has accidentally shot her 22-year-old brother early Monday morning, according to a Phoenix Police Department spokesman.
The woman was posing or playing with the gun when it discharged, Sgt. Steve Martos said.
