TUCSON - This week's biggest loser is juggling being a single mom, owning her own business, and still finding time to take care of herself. Suzzan Guerin lost 60 pounds through Focus Fitness' Biggest Loser program.
Guerin said, "I have another 40 pounds to lose for a total of 100 pounds."
Guerin said she has tried most dieting programs but needs variety and support to stay motivated.
"Every week when you show up here to the biggest loser you don't know what you're going to do. It's a different program, it's a different routine and it allows you to figure out what's fun to you. Zumba was my favorite," she said.
Zumba is combination of dance moves that incorporates salsa and hip hop.
Guerin said the biggest payoff to losing weight is not shopping in the plus size section of clothing stores.
In order to lose the weight, Guerin ate smaller food portions and exercised five days a week. She hopes to take the biggest loser title a second time.
"I am competitive. I'm going to be in it and they're going to say oh she's the winner from before. So I think it might kind of up the anty with everyone a little bit. But I'm doing it again to win," she said.
Her fitness instructor Maggie Zamora says she thinks Guerin can win for a second time if she puts her mind to it.
Guerin said she feels a sense of accomplishment and confidence from losing the weight.
Focus Fitness' next biggest loser program begins March 17th. It is an eight week program that meets once a week and incorporates both exercise and nutrition
