SIERRA VISTA - A 21-year-old man has been booked into the Cochise County Jail on two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Investigators say an underage girl came forward Sunday, September 30, telling police she'd been sexually assaulted by a 21-year-old man.

She told officers she had met the suspect, Shane Moore, at the mall about six months ago and that at that time, Moore told her he was 17.

Through the course of the investigation, police say it was determined that Moore did commit sexual misconduct with the victim at least twice.
