TUCSON - The man accused in a deadly shooting from October 16th has turned himself in. Tucson Police say 33-year-old Donald Woods surrendered to the U.S. Marshals Arizona Most Wanted Task Force after talking to his lawyer.
Woods is accused of fatally shooting 28-year-old Brandon Luster in the 2500 block of North Fontana Avenue.
A warrant had been issued for Woods' arrest the day after the shooting.
The TPD Gang Investigations Unit is investigating the shooting.
