TUCSON - Pima County Sheriff's Search and Rescue units are en route to a swift water rescue southwest of Tucson.

An 18-month-old and a 5-year-old are inside a Dodge Charger with water up to the doors in a flooded section of road at Camino Verde and Bilby Road, according to a twitter update from PCSD spokesperson Deputy Tom Peine.

A passerby is trying to help, and Search and Rescue Units are responding.
