TUCSON - The Pima County Sheriff's Department say a 'sexual predator' is under arrest again.
32-year-old Jonathon Dewayne Peterson was taken into custody Wednesday night.
He's booked for aggravated luring of a minor and several charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Peterson is wanted by both the Sheriff's Department and the Tucson Police Department.
Pima County Sheriff's Deputies began investigating him on January 21st when a parent notified them that Peterson sent nude pictures to their 13-year-old daughter.
Detectives say a forensic investigation of the girl's cell phone and iPad confirmed the allegations.
The 13-year-old victim told investigators he is a friend of the family.
She told detectives she had personal contact with Peterson and alleged that he had touched her breasts.
Detectives obtained a search warrant for Peterson's house and executed the warrant on February 8th.
He was arrested then on charges of sexual abuse and furnishing obscene material to a minor.
At the same time, The Tucson Police Department was conducting a separate investigation of Peterson.
Working with the Sheriff's Department, the two agencies found evidence that Peterson had sent sexually explicit pictures to another minor in Tucson and requested to have sex with the girl.
With the help of the U.S. Marshal, they arrested Peterson Wednesday.
They suspect there may be additional victims who have not been identified or come forward.
Investigators encouraged them to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
