TUCSON - The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for north central Pima County until 4:15 PM. This includes Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana and the Avra Valley.
According to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish, radar is indicating a severe storm capable of 60 MPH winds and torrential rainfall along the I-10 in Tucson. This storm is moving northwest at 10 mph, toward Marana and western portions of Oro Valley.
A dust storm is aslo possible with this severe storm, with visibility near zero along the I-10.
