WASHINGTON - It is election day for several states. Primaries are being held in four states today and there's one congressional election.
Voters in southwestern Pennsylvania will choose someone to fill the house of representative seat held by the late Democrat John Murtha.
Pennsylvania is also the site of a hotly contested Democratic primary for Senate. Senator Arlen Specter is facing a challenge from Representative Joe Sestak.
Voters in Kentucky and Arkansas are also casting ballots. Today is the deadline for Oregon's mail-in primary.
