TUCSON - Cooler weather has arrived, and looks to be sticking around most of the week, says News 4 Meteorologist Chris Nallan.
This cool weather is brought to you by a shift in our weather pattern. Expect a somewhat active week. Rain chances look to creep back up by Tuesday afternoon. Yes, there is a chance of valley showers and mountain snow showers on Valentine's Day. It will also be cool and breezy with highs barely cracking 60 in Tucson.
After Tuesday's weather maker departs a cut-off low will begin to form over the Pacific and meander ever so slowly towards us. Right now expect a slight chance of shower activity on Thursday and or Friday. It is all timing on this one. Well, is all about the timing. Stay tuned for the latest.
