TUCSON - An inter-agency effort this morning put a serial bank robber behind bars.
Pima County Sheriff's Dept. along with Tucson Police and the FBI arrested a man they say committed three bank robberies in Pima County, two in Phoeniz, and one in Tucson.
The suspect is 31-year-old Elias Freig, and he was taken into custody at his home in the 9400 block of North Sammy Avenue at 6:30 am. Freig will be booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Center.
