TUCSON - Police have arrested another suspect that they say was involved in the robbery of a midtown bank last week, and may be responsible for a series of robberies this month.
David Deaton, 45, was arrested today for the robbery of the Wells Fargo at 555 N. Wilmot Road, committed last week, according to a TPD news release.
On Tuesday, police arrested 33-year-old Marcos Rios. They say he assisted a serial bank robber during the Wells Fargo robbery.
Today, Deaton was booked into Pima County Jail on one count of Robbery, the release states. Further charges against Deaton are pending at this time.
