Seasonal White Fish with Lemon Salsa from Gringo Grill and Cantina

Today Chef Scott Rackliff from Gringo Grill and Cantina stopped by the News 4 studios to show us how to make Seasonal White Fish with Lemon Salsa

Here is what you need:

Ingredients Details

Preserved lemon skin 12 lemons
Fennel 1 each
Piquillo pepper 5 each
Cilantro 1/4 c
Seasonal white fish 7oz

Preparation Instructions
STEP
1 Small Dice all seasoned ingredients and combine in bowl and set aside
2 Heat Sauté Pan and add cooking oil
3 Season Fish with salt and pepper
4 Place Fish in Hot Pan
5 Flip Fish until Golden Brown and finish in the oven at 350 degrees until cooked through.
6 Top the fish with your seasoned ingredients and Enjoy!
