TUCSON - A trailer fire in Marana Saturday morning did $60,000 - $70,000 in damage, but no one was hurt or displaced, as the trailer was unoccupied at the time.

Units from the Avra Valley Fire District responded to a fire in the 16000 block of Lambert Lane in Marana at about 7 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, according to a news release from AVFD.

Unit found a single-wide trailer fully involved in fire when they arrived, and have the blaze under control within 17 minutes.

The trailer was unoccupied, and appeared to be used for storage. There were no victims, and no one was displaced, the release states.. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
