TUCSON - The Monsoon is back in action today.
According to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish, atmospheric moisture is increasing thanks to the remnants of what was Hurricane Dora. This surge in moisture up the Gulf of California along with an unstable atmosphere will lead to isolated thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
Storms today should be south of a Casa Grande-Safford line. Any storm will be capable of flooding rainfall.
All of southern Arizona will see a better chance of rain tomorrow, with a chance of scattered thunderstorms Sunday afternoon and evening.
News 4 Tucson & KVOA.com will keep you updated with any severe weather alerts throughout the day.
