Salpointe Football plays host to Special Olympic athletes

TUCSON - The Salpointe Football program played host to more than 40 Special Olympic athletes on Tuesday night as part of the team's ongoing "Games For The Greater Good" program.

Salpointe coaches and players conducted throwing, kicking and agility drills.

"Games For The Greater Good" was established by Salpointe head coach Dennis Bene in 2009 to promote community involvement within his team.
