TUCSON - A Tucson man died in one vehicle rollover accident Thursday night on Interstate 19.
Department of Public Safety officers say the rollover happened north of Nogales on Interstate 19 at milepost six just after 9:30 p.m.

DPS says a GMC SUV towing a trailer was traveling northbound when the trailer sustained a tire failure. The driver, identified as 39-year old Gerardo Jaramillo of Tucson, lost control of the SUV. It then crashed into the guardrail, then into an embankment and rolled-over.

DPS says Jaramillo was ejected from his vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
