TUCSON - Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant on Ina received 9 critical violations.

Rodent droppings were observed at the water heater and under the dish machine. Rice and raw eggs were not being stored at the correct temperature. A cook was observed washing his hands without soap and without removing his gloves. Plus, several knives were stored as clean with food debris on them. Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant is now operating on a "Provisional" license.

We told you 2 weeks ago about Donut Wheel having a large amount of rodent droppings even a dead rodent under the sink. The violations were corrected so Donut Wheel on Ina passed its re-inspection.

Luke's on E Fort Lowell Road, Donut Wheel on S Kolb Road and El Saguarito Mexican Food on E Prince Road received an "Excellent" rating.
