TUCSON - Pima County Sheriff's officials confirm that Mt. Lemmon Highway is now closed to all traffic.
News 4 crews on Mt. Lemmon watched as an official put up the "Road Closed" sign on Catalina Highway, leading up to Mt. Lemmon, as flurries of snow began to fall on the mountain.
Pima County Sheriff's officials previously restricted travel to vehicles with snow chains or 4-wheel drive, but now all traffic is restricted to the peak of Mt. Lemmon.
A blizzard warning is in effect for Mt. Lemmon until 7 p.m. tomorrow, and News 4 meteorologist Jeff Beamish says the mountain could see as much as 30 inches of snow.
