The Radisson on East Speedway Boulevard received one critical and one non-critical violation.

According to the Pima County Health Department report, live roaches were spotted behind ovens in the kitchen and under racks in the storage room. Baseboard tiles were broken and chipped as well.

The establishment has 10 days to schedule a pest control visit. The Radisson gets an *N* for Needs Improvement.

Atria Bell Court Gardens on East Carondelet Drive received one critical and one non-critical violation.

Live roaches were found under the cook line stove, grill and broiler. The equipment is stored between Villa Compana Health Care and Atria Bell Court Gardens so both facilities share the responsibility of contacting a pest control service. That needs to be done within ten days.

Atria Bell Court Gardens receives an *N* for Needs-Improvement.

Sushi Ten on East Speedway Boulevard received a whopping twelve critical violations and one non-critical violation.

An employee was noticed loading dirty dishes and unloading clean ones without washing hands. An employee also washed his hands with water only, while no soap was in the dispenser. An employee grabbed fried shrimp and sushi from the fryer basket with bare hands. Stored, clean bowls had a large amount of food debris on them and there was no consumer advisory posted in the establishment.

With more than five critical violations, Sushi Ten is operating on a Provisional License.

The best of the week belongs to: Lucky Wishbone on North Oracle Road, Eclectic Pizza on East Tanque Verde Road and Terrace Café and Bar on South Freeway all scoring an *E* for Excellent.
