The Legislative Vote on Tucson's Rio Nuevo project will be delayed at least until Monday. The Legisature recessed until then. State Representative Frank Antenori (R)- Tucson, tells News 4, the Senate did not have the votes needed to pass the bill, in turn, sending it to the House. Two State Senators were not in attendance today. Both should return on Monday and Rep. Antenori says he hopes to see progress on the issue then. Check back for regular updates.
