Retired UPS worker wins free pool fence

TUCSON - Retired UPS worker, Mark Olander is the winner of a new pool fence from the Protect-a-Child Pool Fence company.

Olander has a long list of house projects, and a pool fence wasn't high on it, so he entered the Kristi's Kids "Lifesaver" contest and won!

Olander's 2-and-a-half year old granddaughter spends a lot of time at his home. The pool fence was desperately needed.

This pool fence is valued at about $1,100.

Christopher Bradford, the owner of Protect-a-Child Pool Fence, tells Kristi's Kids "a pool fence is always important no matter how difficult it is for us to install. We will install any way necessary to make it happen so that it's safe."
