SIERRA VISTA - At this time, the Red Cross is seeking only financial donations to assist victims of the Cochise County Wildfires.
According to a release from the organization, volunteers are staffing the shelter at Apache Middle School and Buena High School, both of which are expected to be at or near capacity this evening.
Red Cross is also providing mental health counseling to some 46 families who have lost their homes to the Monument Fire, and to hundreds more families who were evacuated as the fire continues to spread.
