TUCSON - In this raw video, this week's Biggest Loser Tucson, Lawrence Wood, discusses how to keep the weight off after you've lost it, saying each person should find what works for them.
Lawrence lost a total of 230 pounds with a combinatio of bypass surgery, a liquid diet and working out with a trainer.
