RAW VIDEO: Students release dozens of balloons for Isabel Celis

TUCSON - This morning, the Celis organization sent balloons to the Academy of Tucson Elementary School.
The children released the dozens of purple balloons, with a note of information on Isabel Celis.
"It was a emotional morning for myself as I am a parent, and to have a child missing would be the worst thing to have happen to a parent," said Andy 'Ditto' Korchmaros, who provided the raw video and pictures. "We have high hopes that Isabel will come home soon."
