RAW VIDEO: Masked man robs southwest-side Circle K with handgun

TUCSON - The Pima County Sheriff's Department is searching for a suspect in an armed robbery of a convenience store on Tucson's southwest side.

On Monday, October 1, at about 8:39 p.m. , deputies responded to the Circle K at 3280 W. Valencia Road, according to a news release from PCSD. Deputies learned that a masked man had entered the store, brandished a gun and demanded money from the clerk. He was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the store.

The suspect was wearing a dark, hooded jacket with the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe on the back and a red bandana covering his face, officials state in the news release. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 18 to 25 years old.

Detectives believe the suspect may be involved in two other armed robberies in the Tucson Metro area. Anyone who can identify the suspect seen in the video above, or with any more information on this case, is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
