Rat causes outage, power restored

TUCSON - TEP tells News 4 it has restored power to more than 2,000 customers.
A spokesperson for TEP says the outage started about 7 p.m. and mostly impacted the east side, and at one point left 4,000 customers without power.
TEP says the outage was caused by a rat that got into some equipment at a substation.
