Quake displaces dozens in Southern California

LOS ANGELES - More than 80 people in Fullerton, Calif., are looking for a place to stay after a moderate earthquake rattled Southern California and forced them out of their homes and apartments.

Foundation problems make the buildings unsafe to enter. Despite evacuations, last night's magnitude-5.1 quake centered about 25 miles south of downtown Los Angeles mostly frayed nerves.
