TUCSON - The Pima County Board of Supervisors and other groups are starting a campaign to reduce underage and binge drinking in Pima County.

The Volunteer Merchant Keg Tagging Program calls for alcohol outlets to tag beer kegs and take information about buyers at the time of purchase.

Officials say the consequences of underage drinking total more than $53 billion per year.
