Power outage on Northwest side

ORO VALLEY- About 4,000 customers are without power near Dove Mountain Sunday morning.
According to Romi Carrell Wittman with Trico Electric, an unknown issue at a substation caused the outage.
News 4 viewers are reporting the power has been out since around 7 a.m.
Wittman says crews are on-site at the substation, but has no timetable on how long the power will be out.
