TUCSON - TEP is working to restore power to more than 2,000 customers.
A spokesperson for TEP says the outage is impacting mostly the east side, and at one point left 4,000 customers without power.
That number is now down to 2,200.
TEP says they are investigating the possibility of an equipment failure at a substation causing the outage.
