Police: Woman shot and killed; had restraining order against man

TUCSON - One woman is dead, and a man is clinging to life after a shooting on Tucson's southeast side.
Police on scene confirm to News 4 Tucson's Lupita Murillo that the woman who was killed had a restraining order against the man involved, and the couple have two children.
This occurred at the 2800 block of South Kolb Road.
