TUCSON - The Tucson Police Department is looking for a man who allegedly robbed the Wells Fargo Bank inside the Fry's Food Store located at 4036 North 1st Avenue on Tuesday.
The suspect left before police arrived on the scene, and no one was hurt during the incident, according to a news release from the Tucson Police Department.
Investigators say the suspect entered the bank and presented a note to the teller demanding money and threatening harm. The suspect fled after receiving an undisclosed amount of money, and was last seen running west from the Fry's parking lot.
Officials say the suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his mid 20's, around 5"6 tall, 160 pounds, with a goatee, and wearing a What-A-Burger uniform (black hat, orange shirt, tan pants). He was wearing black frame eyeglasses and had braces on his teeth.
Anyone with information is urged to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
