TUCSON - Police are asking for the public's assistance in locating an elderly man who went missing from a midtown senior center Sunday.
Gilbert S. Sanchez, 86, walked out of the Foothills Rehabilitation Center at 2250 North Craycroft Road between 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Sunday, February 5, according to a news release from Tucson Police Department.
Sanchez has heart and kidney conditions, and is easily confused, the release states. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5'6" tall, 140 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white baseball hat, a brown jacket, and tan slacks. He also had a medical "wander" bracelet on one of his wrists, and uses a walker to get around.
