Police arrest murder suspect

TUCSON - Tucson Police arrest a man they say is connected to a January murder case.

36-year-old Bryan Foshay was taken into custody Monday on one count of first degree murder.

Police responded to an apartment complex at 8500 East Old Spanish Trail January 30th after receiving a 911 call.

Inside, they found the body of 39-year-old Brian Blackwell.
