PHOENIX (AP) - An Arizona man accused of killing his roommate then burning the body is scheduled to face a judge.
22-year-old Vroury Manoukian is expected to be arraigned on second degree murder charges in Phoenix.
Manoukian was arrested earlier this month in connection with the death of 24-year-old Matthew McMasters.
Police believe McMasters' cause of death is blunt force trauma to the head.
His burnt body was found last July in the desert.
Police say witnesses identified Manoukian's SUV leaving the scene of the fire and blood stains were found inside matching the victim.
It was unclear if Manoukian had hired an attorney.
