PIMA COUNTY - A body has been discovered in a remote area of Pima County, and investigators say it's been there so long they can't tell if it's male or female.

Just before noon, Sunday, deputies from the Tucson Mountain District discovered a body in the 14,100 block of West Manville Road in a remote location near the Aqua Blanca Ranch. Detectives say the body has been there for several months, and due to the condition of the remains, the identity and sex of the victim is not known. The cause of death is not known at this time either, but they will say it is a suspicous death.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department will continue to investigate.
