PCC hosting panel discussion on race relations Nov. 15

TUCSON - "Project Hoodie," is coming back to Pima Community College. It's a community forum on gun laws, racial profiling, and criminal justice. PCC will host the event on Friday at its Downtown Campus.

The forum centers around a panel discussion called, "Trayvon Martin: Do We Look Suspicious?" It's co-sponsored by PCC, the local chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and by the Center for Community Dialogue.

Last year, after the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin in Florida, PCC hosted "Project Hoodie: A Tucson Conversation on Race." Again this year, PCC is inviting the community to attend and participate in the discussion.

Where: Amethyst Room, PCC Downtown Campus, 1255 N. Stone Ave.
When: Friday, November 15, 9 - 11 a.m.
Cost: Free and open to the public
Information: (520) 256-9548
