Pavement buckle closes N. Ariz. highway

PAGE, AZ - The Arizona Department of Public Safety says U.S. 89 is closed in both directions south of Page.
The DPS says that's because of what it describes as a "pavement buckle."
The Arizona Department of Transportation tweeted this photo Wednesday morning.
