TUCSON - Overton Road is currently closed at the CDO Wash due to flooding.

The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning until 4:45 PM for eastern Pima County. This includes all of Tucson, the Catalina Foothills and Tucson International Airport.
Also, a Flash Flood Warning has been extended for northeastern Pima County until 3 PM, including Oro Valley.
According to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish, a rain gauge at Moore & La Cholla Boulevard recorded 2.99" rain in less than an hour, causing flooding issues in Oro Valley. Many places across the Tucson metro will see over an inch of rain in a short amount of time, flooding area roadways & filling up washes.
