Oro Valley Water Rates to Go Up

The Oro Valley City Council approved a plan that will raise water rates there. In a 4-2 vote, the council passed what is called the Prefered Financial Scenario. The vote means water rates will go up $2.06 per month for individual customers based on their usage. The Water Utility Commission recommended the plan in September.
