Oro Valley Police seek your help in Sunday hit-and-run

ORO VALLEY - Oro Valley Police is asking the public's help in finding the person who struck a bicyclist Sunday morning and left the scene.

A police department press release describes the vehicle as white Suburban or truck, late 70's or early 80's model with a temporary plate. Oro Valley Police beleive the truck may have front end damage.

The driver of the suspect vehicle is described as an elderly male driver, grey hair, and grey beard.

Police say the hit-and-run accident occured around 7:30am Sunday morning at La Canada and Tangerine. They say the bicyclist was headed northbound when struck.

Policde do not have a condition update on the struck bicyclist.
