TUCSON - Today on "News 4 Cooks," chef Maria Mazon from Boca stopped by with a recipe for Pico de Gallo. Here it is:
Pico de Gallo
4 tomatos
½ white onion
½ cup of cilantro
Jalepeno- depending on heat
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
½ of lime
1 teaspoon of oil
Chop it all up and mix
