TUCSON - Today on "News 4 Cooks" at Noon, David Hernandez from La Parrilla Suiza stopped by to make a classic: the Beef Fajita. Here's the recipe:
Beef Fajita
This recipe is a serving for one.
8 oz. of onions, red and green sliced bell peppers
8 oz. of marinated skirt steak
Serve on a skillet accompanied with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, refried beans and fresh flour tortillas.
