TUCSON - Today on News 4 Cooks at Noon, Kathy Bullerman from Kuisine by Kathy stopped by to make "Keith's Famous Chili." Here's the recipe:
Keith's Famous Chili
Brown together 2#'s lean ground beef with 1 large onion chopped and 1 large bell pepper choppped,salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 cup of chili powder.
Add to the ground beef mixture when browned(all undrained)
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans spicy chili beans
2 cans kidney beans
4 cans tomato soup
4 cans diced tomatoes
Let simmer all day in the crockpot or on the stove on low.
Serve with chopped jalapenos, sour cream, tortilla chips
