TUCSON - Plenty of heat and not enough storms this week.
A dry southwesterly flow shoves Monsoon moisture east, according to News 4 Meteorologist Jeff Beamish. There is a slight chance of an isolated storm or two across Cochise, Graham & Greenlee Counties this afternoon. Tucson stays dry today with the 52nd triple digit day of 2013 on tap.
Some Monsoon moisture returns from the east by late week, bringing a slight chance of isolated storms for southeastern Arizona. Odds favor most of the region staying dry heading into the second half of August.
