TUCSON (AP) - A man accused of first-degree murder in a 2013 shooting in Tucson will get another trial next month. Jurors were unable to reach a unanimous verdict in the trial of Donald Woods. He's accused of killing Brandon Luster outside an apartment complex last fall. Woods' lawyer says some of the witnesses who identified his client held grudges against Woods and used the shooting as an opportunity for revenge.
