TUCSON - It's another unusually warm Wednesday of weather for the region with 3pm temperatures already into the mid 70s in most metro spots. The kicker: it will get warmer.
According to Chief Meteorologist Matt Brode, highs on Thursday will top off near 80. The record high for Tucson is 82 degrees, set back in 1987.
By Friday, we turn breezy and cooler with some localized blowing dust. We can't rule out a Mountain shower - mainly north of Tucson.
The weekend looks partly cloudy and much cooler with highs backing off into the mid 60s.
